Introduction.
In the true spirit of South African entrepeneurship HR eneralists began as the rainchild of Paula Schoeman, Managing Member who, while working as a Human Resources Manager, identified a need for an outsource Human Resources service specifically suited for all businesses. Later Susan Cerenko joined to enhance the skills that attribute to top Human Resource Management. With her Training and Development experience HR Generalist is now a competitor that will not be overlooked in the Human Resource Field. Amongst our members we have approximately 30 years experience in the field of Human Resources, mostly gained whilst employed by multinational corporations. The philosophy behind HR Generalists is to provide a unique, independent, personalised Human Resources service flexible enough to answer all the needs of a busy, growing enterprise without compromising accuracy, confidentiality and customer care.
Mission.
To assist industries to integrate training and development in line with national initiatives. To align training initiatives, to comply with non-discriminatory and labour legislation. To develop individual competence required in the workplace, which are evaluated through assessment and recognized by the NQF.
